The scene which highlighted the dangers of all Indy’s adventures comes in the opening and his having to descend into he Well of Souls which just happened to be filled with snakes of all shapes and sizes which he just so..so hates! In the sewers of Venice when they stumble upon the tomb of one of the Knights of the Holy Grail, they are trapped by the sewer which was first filled with rats from the sea of fire when the cultists who swore to protect his tomb and his secrets set fire to oil which was floating on the surface.
