Remember the first film that introduced us to Indiana Jones? Raiders of the Lost Ark had our adventurer being lured by the Germans who seek the Ark of the Covenant which was the mythical box which was made by King Solomon and is said to hold the tablets where the Ten Commandments were stored and kept. The story has some fact in it in a sense that historically it is believed that there was truly an Ark of the Covenant which was indeed built by King Solomon and placed in the temple according to instructions from GOD Himself.
That’s where the facts end and the fiction/adventure part begins for most of the storyline is fictional and as born out of the imagination of the Hollywood writers and the brains or George Lucas who directed and owns the company who made them.
